The Cyclotour du Léman is undergoing some changes this year following crucial discussions with the Geneva authorities. All participants have received an email containing new regulations, which must be accepted in order to take part in the race.
Please check your mailbox and complete this step as soon as possible.

🛑 End of timekeeping - time for safety and fun

The Cyclotour no longer has a list with the Finishertimes and is following its source as a friendly sports ride. The aim: to guarantee everyone's safety and allow the event to continue to exist in compliance with local rules.

🚴 Strict observance of traffic regulations - Geneva under surveillance

The Geneva police required a number of adjustments to allow the event to take place on its territory. In Geneva in particular:

Mandatory use of cycle paths when present.
Unchanged traffic lights: you will have to stop on red and pedestrians will have priority.
Referees on the course:
Yellow card for offences (warning)
Red card in the event of serious non-compliance with the LCR (immediate exclusion from the event)

Compliance with these rules is non-negotiable: it is the essential condition set by the authorities for the Cyclotour to take place this year. Without these changes, the Cylcotour would simply not take place this year!

🎉 See you on 25 May for a memorable day around Lake Geneva

Despite these adjustments, the spirit of the Cyclotour remains intact: a great cycling festival around Lake Geneva, in an exceptional setting, combining sport, nature and conviviality.

We look forward to seeing you on the starting line 🚴‍♀️🚀

See you soon!
